Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We can only accept returns or exchanges if your item is defective, damaged, or printed incorrectly. Additionally, the item must be returned in unused condition.

If this is you, please send us an email  with an attached photo of the defective item, along with a receipt or proof of purchase to chris@deadwesternbrand.com. Please title the email “Defective Item”

Once your “Defective Item” email is received, we will review the photo(s) and circumstances. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If you clicked the link to buy any of our products on Amazon, then all Amazon return & exchange policies apply. (Usually you can return or exchange items for ANY reason at NO COST on Amazon)


If you are approved for a refund, we will email you details on how and where to ship your item. Your refund will be processed once the defective item is received & inspected. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you are approved for an exchange, we will mail you another of the same item once the defective item is received & inspected. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
